1. Scope of this Privacy Agreement
This Privacy Agreement applies to all websites, web forms, software products, and mobile applications operated by Chengdu Huajie Yunchuang Network Technology Co., Ltd, including applications distributed through Google Play, Apple App Store, and other lawful channels. It covers data processing for internet sales, technology services, technology development, technology consulting, technical exchange, technology transfer, technology promotion, computer software and hardware retail, auxiliary equipment retail, daily sundries sales, furniture sales, home appliance sales, apparel retail, luggage retail, cosmetics retail, jewelry retail, enterprise management consulting, marketing planning, advertising design and agency, graphic design and production, and information system operation and maintenance services.
2. Categories of Personal Data We Process
- Account and contact data: email address, support requests, key account communication records.
- Device and technical data: IP address, device identifiers, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, network status.
- Usage and analytics data: screen views, feature interactions, session duration, event logs, conversion metrics.
- Transaction and service data: order status, service tickets, communication history, operational reports.
- Advertising and attribution data: advertising identifiers (where permitted), campaign IDs, mediation waterfall performance, ad impression and click events, fraud signals.
- Security and compliance data: anti-abuse flags, audit logs, consent status, age category declarations where required by law.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data for service delivery, app operations, technical maintenance, customer support, quality monitoring, legal compliance, and lawful monetization. Legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, consent, and protection of vital interests, depending on regional law.
4. App Marketplace Policy Alignment
- Google Play policy alignment: Data safety disclosure, User Data policy, Families policy where applicable, deceptive behavior restrictions, account deletion readiness where required, and advertising transparency requirements.
- Apple App Store policy alignment: App Store Review Guidelines including privacy section 5.1, data collection disclosure, ATT permissions where required for tracking, and age rating disclosures.
- Both stores: We maintain release checklists for sensitive permissions, SDK declarations, privacy label accuracy, consent implementation, and policy update reviews.

We adapt privacy controls according to applicable law and platform obligations in different markets:
- European Economic Area: GDPR lawful basis, transparency notices, data subject rights, SCC safeguards for transfers, and consent where required.

- Additional jurisdictions: We apply equivalent controls required by local law where our apps are distributed.
6. Age and Minor Protection Policy
- Our products are intended for users who meet the minimum legal digital consent age in their jurisdiction.
- Where children or teenagers may access an app, we implement age-appropriate controls, reduced data collection, and restricted ad personalization where required.
- For child-directed experiences, we support COPPA-aligned safeguards in the United States and equivalent regional rules.
- Parents or guardians may contact us to request review, correction, or deletion of a minor's data.
7. Advertising, Mediation, and Monetization Compliance
Our mobile applications may include compliant advertising for business sustainability. Typical ad formats include app open ads, rewarded video ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, and native ads. We configure ad delivery in line with platform and jurisdictional requirements.

Compliance controls include consent management platform support, ATT prompt handling on iOS where required, non-personalized ads fallback in restricted regions, ad content category controls, fraud prevention, and ad SDK inventory governance. We may update mediation partners over time while preserving legal compliance and disclosure duties.
8. Consent Management
- For EEA/UK and similar regions, we support consent collection and withdrawal using industry-standard frameworks, including IAB TCF-compatible signals where relevant.
- For iOS tracking, we request and process ATT status in accordance with Apple requirements.
- Users can revise consent choices through in-app privacy settings or by contacting support.
9. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, server logs, SDK events, and comparable tools for authentication, analytics, ad governance, anti-fraud, and service stability. We configure these technologies according to legal requirements and platform policy obligations.
10. Data Sharing and Data Processors
We may share data with service providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, analytics providers, customer support systems, and advertising/attribution partners solely for lawful processing purposes. We impose contractual safeguards, confidentiality obligations, and processor compliance controls.
